St. Anthony's parish - Outreach ministries

Golfing in Maui at Kahili course with Les Hondo, member of the Pastoral Council and friend from Seattle. Background is the beautiful Haleakala mountian which rises up to 10,000 feet. This visit to Haleakala is a "must experience" marveling the rising sun for any visitor to Maui.

Blessings and greetings from St. Anthony's parish. It has been a while since I've updated my blog. Have been very busy with parish ministry and getting to know the parishioners along with working with my staff at the parish. So much has happened here with all the challenges and blessings at the parish. This past Monday - October 22nd we had a great gathering of outreach ministers with our Province representative from St. Louis, MO. Myles McCabe from the office of Social Justice and Peace spent the weekend here at St. Anthony's parish and school. We gathered for prayer, potluck dinner and sharing during and after meal regarding our outreach programs here at the parish. Seated - left to right; Roland as pastor, Myles McCabe from the Provincial office, Carol Guerrero - outreach to the parishioners with disabilities; she organized a healing/anointing Mass on October 2nd with 248 people in attendance.
